High Sierra Norml is a chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws NORML. We are a nonprofit foundation established to educate the public about marijuana and marijuana policy including medical marijuana and industrial cannabis, and to assist victims of current laws. High Sierra Norml sponsors public advertising campaigns providing information about the costs of marijuana prohibition and the benefits of alternative policies; distributes press releases to the media and citizen activists focusing on recent developments pertaining to marijuana research and policy.
